1. Recreation and Leisure Center "Przylasek Rusiecki",
2. Science and Technology Park "Branice",
3. Logistics and Industrial Center "Ruszcza",
4. Center for Large-Scale Outdoor Cultural Events "Błonia 2.0",
5. Area of multi-family residential development.
