For the second time, “Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future” project is being promoted during the largest investment fair of commercial real estate market in Europe – EXPO Real. In the capital of Bavaria, Munich, developers, projects managers, real estate brokers, architects and planners gather to find new places for investments.

The majority of talks held by representatives of “Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future” Company, was concentrated on possibility of cooperation and attracting investments in eastern part of Kraków. Economic Activity Zone, located on the Science and Technology Park area in Branice aroused the great interest.

Representatives from different industry sectors, while visiting our stand are impressed with this unique project at international scale – PhD Artur Paszko said, Chairman of the Board of Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future S.A. Investors expect specifications, that is why I am more than pleased that legal procedures concerning land transfers to our project are finalizing, thus enabling to start ofthe investment process in first six-month period of 2018 – PhD Artur Paszko adds.

At the Fair in Munich, besides Małopolska Voivodeship, Małopolska Regional Development Agency and Investor Service Centre, Kraków City is also being promoted. Encouraging to investment, assets such as high quality of life, realisation of smart projects, improvement of green and leisure areas have been indicated. Aside from economic factors, Kraków and Małopolska are proud of ambitious people, daring and well educated – they are an engine of our economic growth.

The City is also promoting huge strategic projects: Kraków Airport, Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future and Kraków – The New City, which will impact on Małopolska region.

Participation of “Kraków Nowa Huta of the Future S.A.” representatives in EXPO REAL Fair in Munich is based on promotional measures, co-financed by EU European Regional Development Fund, in the framework of “Power up your Business in Małopolska” project (Regional Operational Programme of Małopolska Voivodeship 2014-2020).
